No one plans to get ill while traveling, or loosing their luggage, or the array of other things that sometimes go wrong when you travel. But these things do happen, and what better than traveling in the full knowledge that you are covered in the case of any unforeseen eventuality.

Our insurance policy will cover you up to US$200,000 for emergency medical attention. Other areas covered by the plan include travel assistance, liability coverage, legal expenses and luggage.

Emergency Assistance is provided through AIG Assistance, through a 24 hour help line. Each country has its phone number listed in The claims handbook.

Just dial the number in the country where You are, notify them of your status and they Will provide doctor/hospital referral, case Monitoring, etc

1. A global assistance service to provide 24-hour emergency services, ranging from repatriation to all communication with the family.
2. All necessary emergency treatment or surgery and the necessary support to sustain recovery.
3. reasonable and necessary hospital ambulance, even air ambulance where needed, if required, accompanied with nurse or physician.
4. emergency dental treatment for immediate alleviation of pain and accidental treatment while travelling.
5. All expenses to return your customer to its home country due to serious illness or life threatening accident to him/her or close relative.
6. Search and rescue expenses to allocate your participant and bring back to safety if facing such emergency situations.
7. Repatriation of the bodily remains back to the former domicile or if opted, the burial expenses.
8. Personal liability in case the participant causes damage for which it will be hold liable.
9. Legal expenses covers the expenses for your customer if they are detained or prosecuted abroad and in need of legal assistance.
10. Cancellation and curtailment fees are covered if the participant is faces a situation in which it cannot travel or have to curtail its journey.
11. Luggage coverage during the stay abroad becomes effective when the participant looses or damages luggage.
